Running on Empty? What Should you be Eating Pre-Workout to Fuel your Body?

You would never knowingly head out on a long car journey without ensuring you had enough fuel in your engine to get you safely from A to B. Failing to eat and therefore fuel your body before exercise is exactly the equivalent of hitting the road with an empty tank. So get creative with your snacks and get energised with your exercise!
