NOTES

Will keep in the fridge for up to a week in a airtight container, or can be frozen for longer storage.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool Dates
  • 3 tbsp Peanut or Almond Butter
  • 2/3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Pulse the dates in a food processor until they are small pieces
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined. You want to retain a slight texture
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls
  4. Pop into the fridge for an hour to firm up
